Brandy Kramer, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brandy began their career as an Analyst at DTE Energy in 2001, where they worked until 2004. Following this, they joined Upstream Software as a Consultant from 2004 to 2006. During this time, they gained experience in managing new product implementations and developing software solutions for automating data movement between financial systems.

In 2006, Brandy started working at Finit Solutions as a Finance/IT Consultant. Their responsibilities included managing various projects such as new product implementations, upgrade projects, and merger/acquisition/spinoff implementations. Brandy also provided administration support for data integration tools, including Oracle FDM and FDMEE. Additionally, Brandy designed and developed custom software solutions for automating data movement between multiple financial systems.

Alongside their work at Finit Solutions, Brandy served as an Adjunct Instructor at Spring Arbor University from 2007 to 2018. Brandy also held a similar position as an Adjunct Instructor at Davenport University from 2006 to 2013. Prior to these roles, Brandy worked as a Workforce Training Instructor at St. Clair County Community College from 2006 to 2007.
