Brandy Kramer, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brandy began their career as an Analyst at DTE Energy in 2001, where they worked until 2004. Following this, they joined Upstream Software as a Consultant from 2004 to 2006. During this time, they gained experience in managing new product implementations and developing software solutions for automating data movement between financial systems.

In 2006, Brandy started working at Finit Solutions as a Finance/IT Consultant. Their responsibilities included managing various projects such as new product implementations, upgrade projects, and merger/acquisition/spinoff implementations. Brandy also provided administration support for data integration tools, including Oracle FDM and FDMEE.
