Kenneth Adi

Kenneth Adi, MBA, SHRM-CP, CDR has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Kenneth is currently working as a Recruiting & Hiring Lead at Finit Solutions, where they are responsible for strategizing the recruiting function and managing the full lifecycle recruitment process. From 2016 to 2021, Kenneth worked as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at AAA Club Alliance, where they supported business objectives by consulting and advising management on recruitment and onboarding. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at The Business Backer, where they contributed to HR practices and objectives and developed strategic recruiting plans. Kenneth also had a role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Lowe's Home Improvement, providing support to the HR Manager. Kenneth's work experience also includes positions as a Teaching Assistant and as part of the Office of Undergraduate Research, Scholarly Endeavors & Creative Practice at the University of Cincinnati, where they mentored students, organized workshops, and managed social media platforms.

Kenneth Adi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. In terms of additional certifications, Kenneth has achieved the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in July 2017, the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP in January 2022, and the LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter certification from LinkedIn Certification in August 2018.
