Carrie Brandes has an extensive work experience history spanning various industries and roles. Carrie is currently serving as the VP of People & Talent at Finix since February 2021. Prior to that, Carrie has held positions such as Advisor at 15Five, Founding Member at Chief, and General Manager at Caldwell Vineyard.

In their previous roles, they have demonstrated expertise in building out strategic roadmaps for People Experience, developing high impact People teams, and creating inclusive, engaged, and high-performing teams. Their experience also includes roles as a VP of People + Culture at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, a People + Culture Consultant at CultureThrive, and multiple positions at Macy's West as an Associate Recruitment Manager, Human Resource Manager, and Assistant Buyer.

Throughout their career, Carrie has focused on driving business through culture strategies and creating a positive work environment where people thrive. Carrie has a strong passion for people dynamics and brings a wealth of experience in talent management, leadership development, performance management, and HR operations.

Carrie Brandes has a background in Merchandise Marketing, which they studied at FIDM. Carrie also pursued a course in Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace at Stanford Continuing Studies. In addition to their education, Carrie has obtained certifications as a Gallup Strengths Based Coach from Gallup StrengthsFinder in November 2016, and as a Freedom Centered Leader from WorldBlu in August 2014.
