Dustin Chiang

Dustin Chiang is an experienced political and organizational leader currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Finix since 2021. Prior to this role, Dustin contributed to the Biden-Harris Transition Team as part of the Appointments Team and worked as a National Political Coordinator for Biden for President in 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Special Assistant to Campaign Management and National Political Assistant for Pete for America, as well as Deputy Political Director for Gil Cisneros for Congress in 2018. Earlier in the career, Dustin interned for Senator Dianne Feinstein in the United States Senate and was a Senior Organizing Fellow for Mike Honda for Congress in 2014. Dustin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government with a secondary focus in Economics from Harvard University and graduated from Mission San Jose High School.
