Michelle Gao

Michelle Gao is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in full stack development, currently working at Finix since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held senior engineering positions at CarrierDirect, where notable projects included creating a platform for integrating the P44 API with TMS systems and developing a less than truck load shipping application. Technical expertise spans a wide array of technologies, including Java, Kotlin, React, and Kubernetes, among others. Throughout Michelle’s career, positions have included software engineering roles at ShopperTrak, Netrix, LLC, and iManage Inc., demonstrating a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Communication from Jilin University.
