Libadier David Agudelo Castañeda has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Libadier David started their career as a Gerente de Oficina at Banco de Bogotá in September 2007 and held this position until August 2011. From September 2011 to August 2012, they worked as a Gerente PYME in Santa Marta, where they were responsible for managing the portfolio of the Banca PYME and achieving the deepening and profitability of clients.

Libadier David then transitioned to the role of Gerente PYME in Barranquilla from September 2012 to August 2014, where they continued to focus on managing the portfolio, acquiring new clients, and leading the Client Development Team. Following this, from September 2014 to December 2018, they served as Gerente de Zona Cesar-Sur de Guajira, leading the commercial team and being responsible for the growth and budget compliance of the region.

This endeavor started in 2019 and is expected to conclude in 2023.

In an effort to broaden their horizons and acquire additional competencies, Agudelo Castañeda enrolled at Westfield Business School in 2020. Within a year, they successfully completed a program called "Integral Transformation Program" with a specialization in Business Leadership. This stint at Westfield Business School added to their educational profile and supplement their professional prowess.
