Matt Slavik

Matt Slavik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Finlay since 2024, Matt previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at IP Fabric from December 2022 to January 2025. Prior to that role, Matt worked as Senior Recruiter focusing on Go-To-Market teams at Rossum from July 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment and the development of recruitment strategies. Matt's career began at Mews in 2018 as the first recruiter, spearheading the recruitment process and successfully hiring approximately 300 individuals across various functions during a scale-up period. Earlier roles included teaching at SPĚVÁČEK and field technician work at ADS Environmental Services. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from UC San Diego, obtained in 2011.
