Erika Fiadeiro

Erika (Delgado) Fiadeiro serves as the Product Marketing Director for Coffee at Finlays since February 2024, building on a robust background in product marketing. Previously, Erika held the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Bevi, focusing on establishing a new product marketing function. At Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., Erika progressed from Marketing Manager to Senior Marketing Manager, successfully launching innovative coffee products, while driving customer acquisition and profitability. Earlier experience includes positions at Avery Products Corporation, managing customer marketing programs for Staples, and at General Electric, where Erika expanded territory sales and provided merchandising support. Erika's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and ongoing master's classes in Project Management.
