Paul Jefferies

Paul Jefferies is a seasoned professional in the tea and beverage industry, currently serving as the Senior Responsible Sourcing Manager for Tea, Coffee & Infusions at Finlays since February 2020, while also holding the position of Head of Tea at Finlay Beverages. Prior to this, Paul held the role of Tea Buyer & Blender at Typhoo Tea Ltd from October 2017 to February 2020 and spent over a decade at Tata Global Beverages, where responsibilities included Tea Buyer/Blender, Assistant Tea Buyer/Blender, and Trainee Tea Taster. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages (French & Italian) from the University of Oxford and two Master of Science degrees in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security from the Royal Agricultural University.
