Yasir Arefin

Yasir Arefin has over 13 years of work experience in software development. Yasir began their career in 2008 as an Open Source Developer at Launch Interactive Media. In 2011, they moved to BG Interactive Ltd as a Software Engineer and held this position until 2016. Yasir then joined Diekulturwirtschaft GmbH as a Software Engineer, and in 2018, they also took on the role of Developer (Working Student) at Orange Hive GmbH. That same year, they began working at Shopfloor Management Systems GmbH as a Software Engineer. In 2019, they joined CHECK24 Vergleichsportal GmbH as a Software Engineer and is currently a Senior Software Developer at FINLEX GmbH.

Yasir Arefin began their educational journey in 1995, when they attended Kanchan Nagar Model High School in Jhenaidah and earned their S.S.C in Science in 2000. Yasir then attended Notre Dame College in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Science in 2002. In 2003, they began their B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, graduating in 2008. Finally, in 2014, they completed their Master's Degree in Distributed Software Systems at the Technische Universität Darmstadt.
