Gordon Allan

Gordon Allan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, business management, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Finley & Associates Ltd. since May 2016, Gordon plays a key role in driving collaborative results and empowering organizations. As the Owner of Hair Club of Calgary since 2004, Gordon oversees all facets of the business, including the establishment of franchises in Calgary and Vancouver. Previously, Gordon worked as a Management Consultant at Framework Partners Inc. from 1990 to 2013, specializing in strategic planning and effective leadership integration. Additionally, Gordon developed corporate training programs in partnership with a university professor while at Calgary Education Services from 2001 to 2007, which were used by Fortune 500 companies. Gordon's early career includes roles as an Account Manager and Account Officer at CIBC from 1985 to 1990. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a recent course in Managing the Family Business from Claremont Graduate University.
