Andy Thompson is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Finli Group, where they lead initiatives in advice and wealth management. Previously, they served as the CEO of Quilter Financial Planning from 2015 to 2020, helping to shape one of the UK's leading advice businesses. Prior roles include Distribution Director at Intrinsic Financial Services and Owner of Blueprint, which they grew significantly before its sale. Andy holds an executive MBA from London Business School, graduating in 1999.
