Lori Shao

Lori Shao is the Co-Founder & CEO at Finli. Lori has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, starting their career at Wells Fargo in 2000. In their role as VP of Global Cash Management & Supply Chain Finance, they were responsible for helping to develop WF's supply chain finance product and grew the business by developing new opportunities with Fortune 500 companies. In 2010, they left Wells Fargo to join Silicon Valley Bank, where they served as Managing Director. In this role, they led a team of 15 SVB Sales colleagues to support a $100MM revenue business. Lori also played a key role in developing SVB's Payment Products to fit the dynamic business models they supported. Lori has a deep understanding of the legal and compliance structures needed to successfully and safely bank and support boundary pushing entrepreneurs and their ideas. Lori is a talented and dedicated leader with a passion for helping others grow their businesses.

Lori Shao graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Portland State University. Lori is certified as a Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals and as a Brand Strategist from Section4.
