Marcel Haenni

Marcel Haenni has extensive experience in financial markets, currently serving as an Analyst in Market Supervision at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA since August 2013, focusing on the detection and investigation of financial crimes and market supervision. Prior to this role, Marcel worked at UBS Global Asset Management from December 2006 to July 2013, initially in equity trading and later as an Associate Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included execution trading, portfolio strategy implementation, and fund reporting. Marcel's career in finance began with an internship at UBS AG in 1999. Educational qualifications include a Trader Licence from the SIX Swiss Exchange and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance from HSW Fachhochschule Bern.
