Nathalie Brodard

Nathalie Brodard is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Avocate in the Enforcement division at the Autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers (FINMA) since April 2018, following previous roles at the same organization in various capacities focused on banking authorizations and asset management from 2012 to 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Manager in the Legal department at KPMG SA from 2011 to 2012, as a Juriste providing legal advice at Groupe E SA from 2009 to 2011, and as an Avocate-stagiaire at Etude Torello Bonard & Zwahlen from 2007 to 2008. Nathalie began legal training with an internship at the Ministry Public of the Etat de Fribourg in 2006. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies for a CAS in Financial Market Law at the University of Zurich, a Brevet d’avocat from Genève, a Master of Law (MLaw) from Université de Fribourg, and participation in an exchange program at Heidelberg University.
