David Bucek

David Bucek has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. David started their career as an Army Officer in the Army of Czech Republic in 2003. After that, they worked as a self-employed IT systems administrator, programmer, and analyst from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined the Ministry of Interior as an IT Administrator, Programmer, and Analyst. In 2011, they moved to KBC Global Services where they worked as a Senior Java Programmer until 2016. David then joined Casenet s.r.o. as a Senior Java Developer from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, David worked at FinMason, Inc. as a Senior Java Developer. Currently, they are working at MANTA - Unified Lineage Platform as a Software Architect Team Lead since June 2020.

David Bucek completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Czech Technical University in Prague. David also pursued studies in Computer Science at Charles University and National Chung Hsing University from 2009 to 2011. In addition, David has an interest in Chinese Studies, as they studied at National Taiwan University. No specific start or end dates were provided for their studies at National Taiwan University.
