Julian Vinocur

Julian Vinocur is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as Vice President at FINN Partners, Julian specializes in strategic communications for PreK-12 and higher education. Previously, Julian held the position of Director of Strategic Communications at TNTP, enhancing its reputation as a leading voice in K-12 education. As Director of Communications & Brand at ACUE, Julian drove initiatives to increase brand awareness and promote student success in higher education. Additional roles include Senior Director of Communications at the Fund for Public Schools and Communications Director at the NYC Department of Education, where Julian managed communications strategies for significant educational programs. Julian began a career in advocacy as the Director of Campaigns & Communications at the Alliance for Quality Education. Julian earned an Executive Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Thought & Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
