Naeema Ismail is a communications specialist with over 25 years of experience in both agency and in-house roles. Naeema is currently the managing partner of Finn Partners in Singapore.

In their previous role as the director of PR at Ying Communications, they were tasked with growing the PR team and overseeing client work. Naeema Ismail has a diploma in mass communications from the Ngee Ann Polytechnic and a GCE 'A' Level in arts from the St Andrews Junior College.
