Heidi Nylander

Heidi Nylander has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, event coordination, and hospitality. From April 2008 to March 2013, Heidi worked at Esprit as a Sales Person and Stockroom Associate. Subsequent roles include Waitstaff at Pillar of Salt and Hostess at Longrain in early 2018. Heidi also completed a Production Department Internship at Management Events in 2010 and served as a Venue Manager and Event Coordinator. From June 2013 to October 2014, Heidi worked as a Customer Service Executive at Booking.com, followed by a position as Cafe Manager at Hotel Jungfrau Wengernalp from December 2014 to October 2017. Since April 2019, Heidi has been a member of the Cabin Crew team at Finnair. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and ongoing studies towards a Master of Hospitality Management at Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
