Matthew Davidson

Matthew Davidson currently serves as the Manager of Operations for In Flight Service at Air Canada, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew spent nearly 16 years at TELUS Communications, ascending through various managerial positions, including Operations Manager for Field Operations, Vendor Manager, and Operations Manager for the Contact Center. In these roles, Matthew successfully supported teams ranging from 130 to over 900 members, focusing on performance management, budget oversight, and corporate culture alignment. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Lethbridge and has further education from the University of Calgary.
