Juha Neronen

Juha Neronen has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the aviation industry at Finnair, where roles have included HR Manager and International HR Lead since January 2012, with previous positions in Compensations & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and Finnair Technical Services. Prior to this, Juha served as Human Resources Manager at Finnair Travel Retail from January 2011 to January 2012 and held various HR management roles at Finnair from January 1992 to January 2011, including responsibilities for Ground Customer Service and International Cabin Crews. Juha's career began at Karair Oy as a Cabin Crew member from July 1984 to December 1991. Educational qualifications include a Jurisprudence degree from the University of Helsinki and a Master's degree in International Hospitality Industry from University of Haaga-Helia Applied Sciences.
