Petri Pitkänen

Petri Pitkänen is an experienced aviation professional, currently serving as a Captain and Flight Instructor at Finnair since January 2008, where responsibilities include quality advising and safety training. In addition to this role, Pitkänen is a member of the Safety and Security Committee of the Finnish Pilots' Association and has been involved with international aviation organizations such as IFALPA and ICAO as a flight safety expert. With previous roles including Global Sales Director at Eagle Filters and President of JCI Central Park Helsinki, Pitkänen has a strong background in management and sales, complemented by a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and an ATPL from the Finnish Aviation Academy.
