Aaron Farlinger

Aaron Farlinger currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Finning since November 2022, previously holding the position of Talent Acquisition Advisor. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Coordinator at North American Construction Group from June 2021 to November 2022, and as an Employment Specialist at Prospect Human Services Society from November 2020 to April 2021. Aaron has also worked as a Certified Staffing Consultant at Randstad Canada between June 2018 and March 2020, and served as a Senior HR Consultant at School of Retailing Consulting Group during the summer of 2017. Additional experience includes managing Uncle Milt's Root Beer as Franchise Owner from July 2013 to January 2017 and serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Magnum Energy Services for a brief period in 2016. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Alberta, completing the degree in 2018.
