Charlotte Cowan

Charlotte Cowan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and previously as a Labour Relations Advisor at Finning since January 2021, Charlotte has honed expertise in HR strategy and employee relations. Prior to Finning, Charlotte was a Human Resources Business Partner at OEM Remanufacturing from November 2014 to January 2021 and held positions as an HR Generalist and Recruitment Assistant at Top-Co Inc. from January 2013 to November 2014. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2011.
