Ing. Isaac Felbah

Ing. Isaac Felbah currently serves as the Site Performance Management Lead at Finning, starting in May 2023, where leadership is provided to a cross-functional team of Reliability Engineers and Condition Monitoring Specialists across mine maintenance operations. Previously, as Site Performance Manager at Suncor, responsibilities included driving site performance and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven initiatives. Prior experience at Newmont Corporation from August 2010 to May 2023 encompassed various roles, including Mine Operations Foreman, Mining Engineer, Mine Surveyor, and Technical Engineer, all focused on optimizing operational performance and ensuring precision in engineering designs. Ing. Isaac Felbah holds a Master of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Geomatic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
