Melissa Lapointe

Melissa Lapointe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Marketing, Customer Experience, and Retail Excellence at Finning since August 2021. Previously held various leadership roles within Finning, including Director of Retail Excellence and Director Used Equipment - Construction Industries, as well as Strategy Execution Director for Global Used Equipment Services. Prior to Finning, Melissa worked for the City of Edmonton as a Senior HR Strategic Business Partner from December 2019 to August 2021, and held numerous HR management positions within Finning starting in August 2005. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at FLINT ENERGY SERVICES INC from 2003 to 2005. Melissa holds a Diploma in HR Management from MacEwan University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
