Morgan A. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Since 2017, Morgan has served as a Sr. Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist at Finning, where responsibilities have included roles as an Analytics Partner and Senior Talent Advisor. Prior to this, Morgan accumulated valuable experience at ATCO Power Canada Ltd from 2013 to 2017 as an HR Advisor and Talent Management Coordinator.
