Silvina Basilico is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades of expertise in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Finning Argentina S.A. since September 2007, Silvina specializes in the development, adaptation, and implementation of corporate HR policies, as well as strategic planning for the HR department.
