Ulla Paavola

Ulla Paavola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Ulla is currently a Board Member at Suomen Tuberkuloosin Vastustamisyhdistyksen säätiö since 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of Finance at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet starting from 2013. Prior to that, Ulla worked as a Partner at KPMG Oy Ab from 2006 to 2013, where they also held the position of Board Member from 2011 to 2013. Before joining KPMG, they worked as the Managing Director at BearingPoint from 2002 to 2006. Ulla's career began at KPMG Consulting Oy, Finland in 1988, where they held the role of Partner until 2002. In 1992, they gained international experience as a Senior Consultant at KPMG UK. Ulla's professional journey started at Imatran Voima Oy in 1986, where they worked as a Business Analyst until 1988.

Ulla Paavola completed their Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Vaasa from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they also pursued a Master's degree in Economics during the same time period at the same university.
