Heidi Kämäräinen

Heidi Kämäräinen is an experienced human resources and retail professional with a strong background in management and HR functions. Currently a Human Resources Specialist at Finnlines since January 2018, Heidi handles various tasks in Group HR, including payroll, recruiting, reporting, and managing HR projects. Prior experience includes serving as Shop Manager at Michael Kors and Store Manager at MANGO, where important responsibilities included team leadership, sales optimization, and customer service excellence. Additionally, Heidi worked as Assistant Manager and Sales Assistant at MANGO and Gina Tricot AB, respectively, and gained administrative experience as a Secretary trainee at the Ministry of Defence of Finland. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Multilingual Management Assistance from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and has pursued further education at ESC Toulouse Business School.
