Andrea Sánchez Martín has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Andrea currently holds the position of Chief Marketing and Operations Officer at Finnovating since December 2020. Prior to this, they co-founded Solvenup in 2019, a company specializing in predictive BI analytics for the financial and insurance sector. At Solvenup, they were responsible for creating custom algorithms for partners to make data-driven decisions and increase their margins and business strategies.

Before joining Solvenup, Andrea worked at iMorosity from November 2018 to December 2020 as the CMO & COO. At iMorosity, they held a senior leadership role, overseeing marketing and operations functions. As the Director General at Afinia Digital from August 2017 to November 2018, they played a crucial role in managing the company's operations.

Andrea's earlier experience includes working at iAhorro.com, where they held multiple roles from 2013 to 2018. Andrea'sresponsibilities included leading the Captación-Performance & New business opportunities department, where they managed a team and focused on achieving objectives and monthly growth. Andrea also served as a Performance Account Manager, responsible for affiliate marketing and campaign optimization. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Assistant, handling technical implementation of digital campaigns.

Andrea began their career with internships at Banco Santander in 2010, where they gained experience in both commercial and operational functions.

Andrea then enrolled at Universidad de Valladolid, where they obtained a degree in Ciencias Empresariales (Business Administration and Management, General) from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2012 to 2013, where they earned an MBA in International Business and Management. Finally, they joined The Valley Digital Business School in 2016 and completed their Master's degree in Digital Business (MDB+) in 2017.
