Kim Tompsom has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kim is currently working as an Expansion Manager at Finnovating since August 2021. Before that, they held various roles at AXA from 2016 to 2021, including Manager of Sales, Sales Associate, and Technology Innovation Manager. Prior to AXA, Kim worked at MAPFRE as a Senior Product Analyst and Junior Sales Representative from 2013 to 2016. Kim also had a stint at GNP Seguros as an Administrative Office Assistant and Strategic Analyst from 2010 to 2013. Kim started their career with a summer internship at Grupo Bimbo in 2010, where they provided support to the Planning team and assisted in financial analysis and database management.
Kim Thompson has a diverse education history with a focus on finance and business. In 2007, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Economic Development and International Development. Kim then pursued a Master's degree in Financial Management at IESDE School of Management from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Kim took an online course on Blockchain and Fintech applications and limitations through edX.
