Natalie Groves

Natalie Groves has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalie began their career in 2015 as a Hostess at Olives by Massads, where they gained experience in customer service. In 2016, they joined Cherry Fundraising Service as a Sales and Marketing Intern, later transitioning to a Sales Consultant role. From 2016 to 2018, Natalie worked as a Catering Event Manager at The Deco Catering, where they gained valuable skills in event management and coordination. In 2018, they joined Our World Shops, Inc as an Operations Assistant and Customer Service Representative, and within two years, they were promoted to Director of Operations and Customer Service. In this role, Natalie demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, employee supervision, customer relationship building, and exceptional customer service. Natalie also played an integral role in scheduling shipments and providing customer service across various company websites.

Natalie Groves completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 2013 to 2017.
