Shailesh Pandey

Shailesh Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, distribution, strategy, and marketing within the financial services and insurance sectors. Since May 2020, Shailesh holds the position of Senior Executive Vice President of Sales and Distribution at Fino Payments Bank Ltd. Previously, Shailesh served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at FINO Payments Bank from November 2011, and held various leadership roles at Aviva Life Insurance, including Head of Bancassurance and Business Partnerships, as well as Regional Manager. Additional experience includes the role of Assistant Vice President at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Assistant Sales Manager at BPL Mobile.
