Harish Dash

Harish Dash has had a diverse work experience, starting from their role as an Engineering Manager at Tata Motors in 2000, where they led the CNC machine-shop. Harish then moved on to Tata Motors as a Digital Transformation Program Manager, where they successfully implemented a CRM and Dealer Management System. Harish later became a founding employee at Tata Capital Limited, helping to build and grow the company as one of the largest NBFCs in India. Harish then co-founded Ciphense, a deep tech start-up focused on addressing sustainability challenges. Harish also worked as a Start-up Mentor, advising founders and CEOs across different industries. Currently, they are the President and CIO at Finolex Industries Ltd, a role they started in 2023. Harish has gained expertise in various areas such as entrepreneurship, mentoring, product management, strategy design, and implementation, among others.

Harish Dash completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in the years 1996 to 2000. In 2022 to 2024, they pursued their Master's degree in Data Science & AI from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Along with their formal education, Harish also obtained various certifications, including the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) in 2019 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in 2021.
