Swad Deshpande

Swad Deshpande has over 28 years of work experience in various leadership positions in supply chain management. Swad is currently working as the President of Purchase at Finolex Industries Ltd. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Piaggio Group and Greaves Electric Mobility. Swad also has extensive experience at Greaves Cotton Limited, Tata Motors, Samsung Electronics, and Philips India Ltd, where they served in roles such as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain Management and Head of Sales and Operations Planning. Deshpande began their career as a Production Manager at Consumer Electronics Factory, Philips.

Swad Deshpande completed a SMP (Senior Management Program) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their education, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Electronics from Shivaji University between 1987 and 1991.
