Saurabh Kate currently serves as the Plant HR Head at Finolex Industries Ltd since April 2023. With extensive experience in human resources management, Saurabh has previously held key positions such as Senior Manager HR at Varroc from November 2016 to March 2023, and Sr. Manager - HR at Greaves Cotton Limited from October 2015 to November 2016.
