At LCH, they served as a Compliance Officer, Audit follow-up & ORF- Information Technology Department and as an Operational And Trade Processing in Fixed Income. At BNP Paribas, they served as a Consultant IT Operational Risk, a Consultant Compliance Officer, and a Consultant Compliance Officer, Investigator & PEP Specialist. At CACEIS, they served as a Consultant Compliance Officer. Lastly, at Finologee, they are currently serving as a Product Owner & Digital Business Transformation. In this role, they are responsible for product ownership for digital products, design and implementation of digital products, writing requirements for development purposes, scope definition and releases sprints planning, and following up/tracking front and back-end developers.

H_HZ EMBA/ESSEC received an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESSEC Business School and an Executive MBA from University of Mannheim between 2014 and 2016. They also received a Global Executive Education Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Doing Business in China certificate from Fudan University in 2015. In 2014, they attended Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr. Between 2010 and 2011, they received a Master 2 in Comptabilité Contrôle Audit from INTEC. They also received a Master 1 in Gestion des Risques from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) between 2005 and 2006. Finally, they received their Baccalauréat from Lycée Robert Schuman in 2001 and 2002.
