Raoul Mulheims

Raoul Mulheims has been involved in a number of companies since 1996. Raoul founded the Luxembourg Chat & Community Platform in 1996, and then in 1999 they co-founded and became a member of the Board of Directors of Nvision SA (Luxembourg). In 2006, they became a Partner at Mpulse SA, and in 2012 they became the CEO and Co-founder of Digicash Payments SA. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Finologee, and in 2022 they became a Member of the Executive Council of the Payments Cluster Luxembourg at ABBL.

Raoul Mulheims began their education in 1989 at the Athénée de Luxembourg, where they earned a Baccalauréat in Economics (Section D). Raoul then continued their studies at the University of Luxembourg, where they completed a DEUG en droit (1re année) in Law in 1997. Finally, they completed a Maîtrise en droit privé mention droit des affaires in Business & Tax Law at the Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2000.
