Pawel Orzel

Pawel Orzel is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Finom since August 2023, Pawel previously held multiple roles at UserTesting, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Technical Recruiter EMEA from August 2019 to July 2023. Prior to this, Pawel was a Senior Technical Recruiter at Bright Purple Resourcing from March 2018 to August 2019, and held various recruitment positions at Blue Arrow from July 2013 to February 2018. The career began with sales roles at Sky and O2 between 2008 and 2013. Pawel holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie and a degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from Edinburgh College.
