Axel Hernandez is an experienced professional in the fields of safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Asistente SSO y QA at Finotex since April 2022. In this role, Axel is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with legal requirements, while also managing quality indicators, creating reports, and developing applications in Power Apps for better information management and visualization in Power BI. Prior to this, Axel worked as Supervisor de operaciones at Laboratorio Solaris from August 2021 to April 2022, where the focus was on optimizing production line performance through effective personnel management and resource allocation. Axel holds a Diplomado en Higiene y Seguridad Ocupacional and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de El Salvador.
