Johan Varela is an experienced engineer in maintenance with a career spanning from 2012 to the present, holding significant positions in various companies. Since March 2016, Johan has been with Finotex as Ingeniero Mantenimiento, focusing on the implementation of preventive maintenance programs, TPM, and quality management systems while overseeing equipment status and automating machinery processes. Prior experience includes project development and maintenance in the energy sector at ACEYCO, IT administration at Fundación CoHonducafe, and plant engineering at Dinaplast. Johan's background in design and quality control was honed at FSK, complemented by a solid educational foundation in electronic engineering, robotics, and mechatronics from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana. Additionally, Johan possesses technical training in machine tools from Centro Tecnico Hondureño Alman.
