Michael Trimmel

Michael Trimmel has over twenty years of work experience. In 1998, they began their career as a Zerspanungstechniker at Voith Paper. In 2007, they moved to Volksbank Niederösterreich AG, where they worked as an IT/Organisation. In 2019, they held multiple roles at various organizations. Michael was the CEO and Co-Founder of Cortecs GmbH, a Data Scientist and Project Lead at Cortecs, a Data Scientist and Project Lead at Universität Wien, and a Data Analyst at Österreichische Lotterien. In 2022, they began working as an AI Strategy, ML Integration and Product Owner, as well as a Business Development/Product Development ESG.

Michael Trimmel's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Simulation from Fachhochschule St Pölten from 2012 to 2014, followed by Scientific Computing from the University of Vienna from 2014 to 2017, and Data Science from the University of Vienna from 2017 to 2019. Michael has also obtained four certifications from Coursera, including Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure in 2023, Introduction to Machine Learning in Production in 2022, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization in 2021, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning in 2021.
