Idan Bauer is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Finout since December 2024, where responsibilities include leading the R&D team and ensuring product performance for customers. Previously, Idan held various roles at Dynamic Yield from May 2020 to December 2024, including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Software Engineering Platform. Prior to this, Idan worked at Micro Focus as R&D Director, overseeing a large division with significant revenue and a multinational workforce. Additional experience includes roles at HP Software and ForexManage, where responsibilities ranged from leading software development teams to managing IT infrastructure. Idan began a career in IT management and software development at organizations such as Hebrew Educational Society and Comprehensive IT Services. Idan holds a BBA degree in Information Technologies from Baruch College.
