Kesem MacOver

Kesem Macover currently serves as the US Operations Manager at Finout since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kesem held various positions at Balance from December 2022 to August 2025, focusing on North America People Operations and Go-To-Market Operations. Between June 2016 and June 2022, Kesem worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, where responsibilities included Vice Consul for Consular Affairs and leadership roles in the Passport and Documentation Departments. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of the Panama office for Niru South America Corp. from April 2013 to May 2016, where office initiation and management of diamond inventory, purchase orders, and local business development were key responsibilities. Kesem completed education at Rothberg High School from 2007 to 2010.
