Praful Ranjan

Praful Ranjan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Praful started their career at SKS Microfinance Limited in 2008, where they held the roles of Area Manager and later Operations Manager-Strategy and new initiative team. At SKS Microfinance Limited, they were responsible for formulating strategies, managing operations, and developing branch managers.

In 2012, Praful joined Axis Bank as Regional Head-microfinance. During their tenure, they successfully launched a new product and oversaw recruitment, training, and coordination for the rollout of microfinance products. Praful also collaborated with external agencies and provided regular reporting to the company's headquarters. Later, they served as RSM-New geographies, Microfinance and Zonal Manager-Microfinance, where they handled sales and operations in multiple states.

Currently, Praful is associated with Finova Capital as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Praful joined in 2018 as Vice President Sales and was part of the leadership team. Their responsibilities at Finova Capital include sales, distribution, recruitment, expansions, branch set up, and product and policy making.

Throughout their career, Praful Ranjan has demonstrated leadership and expertise in sales and microfinance operations.

Praful Ranjan obtained a PGDM degree in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they also have a Certificate of Microfinance from IIBF, although the specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
