Pratima S. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Pratima started their career as a Deputy Manager L&D at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK in February 2018, and their role lasted until February 2020. Pratima then joined Rajasthan Patrika Pvt. Ltd. in August 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they worked until April 2022, gaining valuable learnings during their short journey there. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Finova Capital, starting in May 2022. Pratima S. has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment in the human resources field throughout their professional journey.
