Jonathan D. Finley

Jonathan D. Finley is the Executive Vice President of Regulatory Matters at FinPro, Inc., an expert in managing risk for banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. Previously, they served as Chief Examiner for the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions and as Chief Supervisory Analyst for the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. Jonathan held a position as a state bank examiner at the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions from 1999 to 2004, where they evaluated risk profiles and trained in examination software tools. With degrees in Saxophone Performance from the University of Rochester and Economics from Centre College, Jonathan is also a dedicated educator at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, where they help empower bankers to better serve their communities.
