Luciano Carcaiso has a diverse and extensive work experience. Luciano is currently serving as the Group Human Resources, Services and ICT Director for Versalis-Finproject SpA Group, a global leader in the production of molded foam and ultralight products. In this role, they oversee HR operations for over 2,100 employees across 11 production units and 2 showrooms worldwide.

Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Tax Law and Customs at Università degli studi Roma TRE from 2000 to 2001.

In 2007, Luciano undertook a Master's degree in Human Resources at Watson Wyatt as a part of the SPIRIT program. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, Luciano attended ELIS and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
