Luciano Carcaiso

Luciano Carcaiso has a diverse and extensive work experience. Luciano is currently serving as the Group Human Resources, Services and ICT Director for Versalis-Finproject SpA Group, a global leader in the production of molded foam and ultralight products. In this role, they oversee HR operations for over 2,100 employees across 11 production units and 2 showrooms worldwide.

Prior to their current position, Carcaiso worked as the Vice President of Human Resources Management for the Northern Italy HR HUB at Eni SpA from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they served as the Honorary Vice-Consul of the Republic of Italy to the Republic of Kazakhstan, representing the Italian Republic in the Region of West Kazakhstan for consular duties.

From 2016 to 2019, Carcaiso held the position of Human Resources Director at Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO), a joint venture operated by Eni and Shell. In this role, they were responsible for the management of human resources for one of the world's largest gas and condensate fields.

Luciano Carcaiso's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at Université catholique de Louvain to pursue a degree in Economics. Luciano completed this program in 1998. From 1994 to 1999, Luciano attended Luiss Guido Carli University and obtained a LUISS-Political and Economical Science MA degree, though the field of study is not specified. In 1999, Luciano enrolled at the University of South Wales and earned a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree with a specialization in Business Administration in the year 2000. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Tax Law and Customs at Università degli studi Roma TRE from 2000 to 2001.

In 2007, Luciano undertook a Master's degree in Human Resources at Watson Wyatt as a part of the SPIRIT program. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, Luciano attended ELIS and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
