Marco Chiappani

Marco Chiappani is an experienced executive currently serving as General Manager at Finproject since February 2022, overseeing industrial and commercial processes within the Molding and Compound divisions, as well as supporting functions such as HSE, Procurement, Communication, and R&D. Prior to this role, Marco held multiple senior positions at Versalis from January 2012 to February 2022, including Executive Vice President for various business units such as Olefins, Aromatics, and Elastomers, overseeing both commercial and technical operations. Marco's career began at POLIMERI EUROPA S.R.L., where responsibilities included Site Director and Plant General Manager for elastomers and polyethylene production. Marco holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and completed military training as an Instructor Officer at Scuola Militare Alpina SMALP.
